IT Service Delivery Associate

Location: Onsite in the hirify.global offices in Crewe, England, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Prepare and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Manage IT assets, maintain accurate records, and monitor stock levels.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement requests.
• Work with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders, and track deliveries.
• Coordinate equipment collections and deliveries while providing administrative support to IT Service Delivery.

Requirements

• No previous IT experience is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve practical problems, and follow work through to completion.
• Confident communication with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop a long-term career.
• Relevant backgrounds may include administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, office support, logistics, or coordination.
