Location: Ipswich, UK; hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. DV Security Clearance is required, and candidates must have lived in the UK for at least 10 years to obtain clearance.
Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits. A £5,000 annual allowance may be payable monthly while holding DV clearance and working in a role requiring it.

What you will do
- Monitor the performance and availability of IT services and platforms.
- Produce regular reports on service performance, achievements, service levels, and KPIs.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Coordinate responses to service disruptions and outages with technical teams.
- Develop support models for new services and contribute to continual service improvement.
- Improve customer satisfaction and ensure reliable, high-quality IT support.
Requirements
- Experience in IT service delivery, issue resolution, escalation management, and business process improvement.
- ITIL 4 and IT service management principles.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud services.
- Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- DV Security Clearance and at least 10 years of UK residency are required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of obligatory systems and the related regulatory and legal framework.
- Understanding of business strategy, organisational performance drivers, business KPIs, business cases, and financial literacy.
