Frontend React Engineer with .NET Knowledge (React): Building a greenfield browser-based transportation logistics UI to replace a legacy Windows desktop application, with an accent on production React screens, data-heavy dispatcher workflows, and accessible real-time interfaces. Focus on integrating tenant-routed OData services, optimizing large data grids, implementing map-grid synchronization and alerting, and shipping tested functionality weekly.

What you will do
- Build production React and TypeScript screens from scratch to replace the legacy Windows-based Suite Dispatch TMS application.
- Own features end to end, including data services, Redux state management, UI components, responsive layouts, and Playwright and axe-core testing.
- Integrate CloudHub, OData, CloudHub Connector, and customer SQL data services through the tenant-routing architecture.
- Develop dispatcher workflows such as drag-and-drop planning, real-time map synchronization, threshold-based alerts, inline validation, and accessible keyboard navigation.
- Optimize data-heavy interfaces using server-side pagination, column virtualization, loading states, and clear error handling.
- Pair with developers and an embedded generalist, review pull requests, maintain CI/CD discipline, and demo working software every Friday.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production React and TypeScript experience.
- Strong component architecture, clean prop contracts, and effective state management skills.
- Experience building data-heavy UIs with grids, filters, server-side pagination, and real-time updates.
- Experience integrating REST or OData APIs and debugging complete request and response flows.
- Proficiency with responsive CSS, design-system integration, cross-browser rendering, Git workflows, pull-request reviews, and trunk-based development.
- Ability to collaborate in a pair-squad model and deliver tested software weekly.
Nice to have
- Drag-and-drop experience with dnd-kit, react-beautiful-dnd, or similar tools.
- Daily experience with Cursor or other AI coding assistants.
- Familiarity with MUI, theming, legacy desktop modernization, or .NET/C# OData APIs.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or energy operations and dispatcher workflows.
