TL;DR
Senior Associate - React (React/TypeScript): Building and maintaining high-quality user-facing web applications with an accent on reusable component architecture, secure API integration, automated testing, accessibility, and performance. Focus on designing maintainable front-end structures, implementing CI/CD quality gates, and solving cross-cutting issues across Agile engineering squads.
Location: Pune, India; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain React and TypeScript applications aligned with architecture and delivery priorities.
- Build reusable components, shared UI patterns, and design-system-aligned responsive experiences.
- Implement routing, state management, data fetching, forms, validation, error handling, and REST API integrations.
- Create automated unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, static analysis, performance optimization, observability, and secure coding practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, backend, QA, platform, and UX/UI teams in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent delivery capability.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with maintainable front-end architecture, reusable components, responsive design, accessibility, and browser performance.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and implementing secure authentication and authorization patterns.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code quality tooling, and modern DevOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with OWASP principles is expected.
Nice to have
- C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, or Web APIs.
- SQL Server.
