Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Remote within Spain; hybrid workplace, with Barcelona and Valencia listed as locations.

What you will do

• Build and scale customer onboarding flows and the customer private area.
• Develop frontend features for bill management, saving sessions, and marketing dashboards.
• Own frontend architecture and act as the technical driver for key product modules.
• Collaborate with hirify.global Spain, international engineering teams, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver customer-facing features in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Optionally contribute to backend-related work using Python, Django, and GraphQL.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken English is required for daily work in the international team.
• Strong experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer and solid knowledge of modern frontend architecture.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, preferably hosted on Vercel, and GraphQL as a data layer.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS, testing tools such as Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright, and monorepo structures.
• Collaborative, flexible approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in backend development with Python and Django.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Fullstack mindset and interest in working across the product.
• Experience with PandaCSS.
