Location: 100% remote within the United States; candidates from California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, and New York will not be considered

What you will do

• Plan, design, integrate, test, deploy, maintain, and support software systems and subsystems.
• Develop .NET back-end applications with C# and MVC, including RESTful APIs and enterprise application components.
• Build reusable solutions within Agile development workflows and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Implement unit testing, test automation, modularization, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
• Use Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
• Document software designs and collaborate with stakeholders and development colleagues.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required for this opportunity.
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
• At least five years of professional software development experience using .NET technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree with eight or more years of experience, master’s degree with five or more years, or Ph.D. with three or more years in a relevant technical discipline.
• Strong experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC, OOP, design patterns, SQL Server, Entity Framework, APIs, cloud platforms, version control, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, unit testing frameworks, DevOps, infrastructure as code, web and API security, mentoring, and technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI X.12 medical claims, including 837, 834, and 277 transactions.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization with Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS.
