Technical Project Manager Sr. - New Glenn (Aerospace)

Location: Space Coast, Florida, United States; up to 10% domestic travel required.

What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction activities for the New Glenn rocket across fabrication, integration, testing, and manufacturing.
• Manage complex cross-organizational projects, schedules, funding, deliverables, and customer coordination.
• Drive products through complete development and manufacturing lifecycles.
• Manage troubleshooting, non-conformance, recovery, and stakeholder communication processes.
• Implement lean process improvements and present design and manufacturing status to leadership and government officials.
• Coordinate with internal and external technical leaders across locations and time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• 5–7 years of technical program management experience in aerospace NPI development and manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex projects, multiple cross-team customers, aggressive schedules, and sustainable processes.
• Experience with troubleshooting, defect data, non-conformance and recovery processes, and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee under export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business.
• PMP certification.
• Agile program management experience with Confluence, Jira, Kanban boards, and sprint management.
• Technical leadership, small-team management, mentoring, and engineering guidance experience.
• Experience designing manufacturing systems deployed successfully at scale.
