IAM Analyst II

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $30.58–$55.09 per hour

What you will do

• Perform access reviews, role provisioning, and support for Identity and Access Management systems.
• Develop and deploy IAM capabilities, including high-availability solutions for large cross-platform projects.
• Automate and optimize IAM processes, applications, reports, and integrations.
• Design and configure security models for identity authentication and authorization.
• Triage access issues and defects, coordinate with helpdesk, and implement remediation changes.
• Gather metrics, analyze trends, and improve service capacity, monitoring, uptime, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or computer science field, plus 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with application access provisioning, Active Directory, and customer service.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and work independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, privileged account management, file shares, file folders, and batch processing.
• Knowledge of IT security compliance standards, scripting, reporting, and metrics.
• Knowledge of O365, Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Azure.
