Human Capital Advisory, Senior Associate (HR Consulting)

Salary: $85,100–$161,700 per year, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients and manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
• Advise clients on HR policies, multi-state employment compliance, and federal and state regulations.
• Develop and optimize HR workflows, employee lifecycle processes, and scalable service delivery models.
• Use HRIS and payroll systems such as Rippling, ADP, Paylocity, UKG, and Paychex to support operations, data integrity, and implementations.
• Conduct HR assessments, prepare EEO-1 and OSHA compliance reports, and support documentation and policy development.
• Present findings to clients, collaborate with vendors and leadership, and contribute to proposals and business development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist or HR Consulting experience across multiple HR functions.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, employee benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Experience with multi-state HR and knowledge of state-specific employment regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, competing deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Experience with HR assessments, compliance filings, HR reporting, and client communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SHRM or HRCI certification.
• Experience in HR outsourcing, HR consulting, technology implementations, compliance audits, or HR process improvement.
