Product Manager I

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. In-office position.

What you will do

• Review and analyze the selection, design, development, promotion, and enhancement of new and existing products.
• Contribute to business cases, business plans, product rollouts, pricing, and promotion across applicable channels.
• Assess customer-focused quality and improvement opportunities using technology, operations, data analytics, and market trends.
• Work with internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support risk management, compliance, audit, reporting, and operational issue resolution.
• Monitor business results and recommend product modifications to improve performance.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of business objectives, customer solutions, marketing, product development, product management, and sales.
• Competence in business acumen, collaboration, competitive environments, data gathering and analysis, decision-making, critical thinking, design thinking, effective communication, emerging technologies, product-line knowledge, problem-solving, results production, and solutions development.
• Ability to focus on customers and use customer needs and satisfaction in business decisions.
• Ability to assess and manage risks in support of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
