Product Manager I (Capital Markets)

What you will do

• Review and analyze the selection, design, development, and promotion of new and existing products.
• Contribute to business cases, business plans, product launches, and customer-focused quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze product, technology, market, and third-party trends to design product features and enhancements.
• Support product development, production, rollout, pricing, promotion, and performance reporting.
• Work with internal and external partners across the product lifecycle while supporting risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
• Identify and resolve operational and process problems and recommend product modifications based on business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience or knowledge in product management, product development, customer solutions, marketing, sales, or related business areas.
• Skills in business analysis, decision-making, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, design thinking, and problem-solving.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
