Accounts Payable Associate (Finance)

What you will do

• Process invoices and purchase orders through the complete accounts payable cycle, from vendor setup to payment.
• Reconcile supplier statements, credit card transactions, bank accounts, and aged creditors.
• Assist with the accounts payable month-end close.
• Manage the finance inbox and handle ad hoc finance duties.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounts payable matters.

Requirements

• Third-level degree in Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Understanding of general ledger and payables systems, reporting, and data analytics tools.
• Experience with online banking systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to work with large volumes of data under deadlines.
