Controlling Officer (Financial Planning & Analysis)

What you will do

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform variance analysis, identify key financial drivers, and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports with accurate and timely data.
• Monitor KPIs and support the development of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit activities.
• Partner with operations, commercial, HR, sales, and marketing teams on cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA qualification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong expertise in SAP and experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and presentations.
• Experience in multinational controlling environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business case presentation skills.
