Provider Inquiries Senior Representative (English and Italian)

What you will do

• Support health care partners with day-to-day inquiries as part of the global Provider Services Organization.
• Manage provider account partnerships through onboarding follow-up and ongoing daily and monthly interactions.
• Guide hospitals and clinics through the Cigna operating model.
• Assist with claims and payment-related inquiries on a global scale.
• Resolve complex provider complaints in partnership with Provider Services and other Cigna stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; studies in translation and interpreting, foreign languages, or accounting are valued.
• English at C1 level is required.
• Italian at B2 level is required.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, accuracy, discipline, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, learn office applications, and handle confidential medical information discreetly.
