Business Process Senior Specialist (HR)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic or Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Act as a process guardian for new business and legal requirements.
• Establish efficient global HR processes and implement new tools and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business users to manage change requests.
• Drive projects across HR core areas, with a focus on employment document processes.
• Work with Employee Master Data and Employee Relations on global and regional topics.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of specialist experience in Core HR and employment documentation.
• Experience with end-to-end HR processes and HR technology vendors, particularly Workday.
• Proficiency in process work, ideally in a global company environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a legal and compliant approach to process design.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work from Prague or Billund; regular office attendance is expected.
