Global HRIS Specialist - AI and Automation

Location: Hybrid, with remote work and on-site presence at the office in Prague, Czech Republic

What you will do

• Provide technical and functional support to SAP SuccessFactors key users through Service Desk channels.
• Prepare HR analytics dashboards and automated reports while enabling self-service capabilities for local HR teams.
• Participate in global and regional HRIS projects through data preparation, documentation, system integrations, and process automation.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate and RPA tools.
• Explore AI use cases in HR, including analytics, documentation, process automation, and AI-enabled operational support.
• Maintain wiki pages, training guides, and other learning resources as systems change.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or AI-enabled HR systems.
• Ability to analyze complex system issues and design structured, data-driven solutions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing HR data, system configurations, reporting outputs, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business teams and translate technical concepts into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar tools.
• Participation in HRIS-related projects.
• Experience with chatbot coaching and optimization.
