Junior Firewall/Network Security Engineer (Network Security)

What you will do

• Implement and manage traditional firewall security rules.
• Apply network micro-segmentation technologies across NSX-T and VCF9 environments.
• Work with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall platforms.
• Manage production IT requests, incidents, and changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with the project team.

Requirements

• Less than 3 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of network segmentation and firewall rule implementation.
• Knowledge of coding security rules in Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar firewalls.
• Experience or knowledge of IT production environments, including requests, incidents, changes, and documentation.
• Fluency in English plus either Portuguese or French is required.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and communicate effectively in a team.
