Lead Architect for ServiceNow with German (m/f/d)

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; office location: Košice, Slovakia

Salary: negotiable base salary from €2,500 gross per month, plus variable compensation and other financial benefits

What you will do

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, interfaces, and customizations.
• Plan and evolve the architecture of the Digital Order Management hub and align solutions with enterprise strategy and infrastructure.
• Design reusable RESTful APIs and support the decomposition of monolithic systems.
• Define the target architecture for the B2B microservice landscape and contribute to architectural roadmaps and enablers.
• Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, Scrum teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• Expertise in ServiceNow, especially IT Service Management (ITSM), with good knowledge of ITOM and CSM.
• At least seven years of professional experience, including at least five years in IT solution design or architecture.
• Experience with telecommunications order management, service management, product inventory, data segregation, and TMF.
• Knowledge of project management methods, agile software development, and SAFe.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
