What you will do

  • Define strategies for load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability, resilience, capacity, and failover testing.
  • Architect reusable performance-testing frameworks and workload models with JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling.
  • Translate production usage patterns, service-level objectives, transaction volumes, concurrency, and data profiles into realistic test models.
  • Integrate performance suites into CI/CD pipelines and develop reusable protocol libraries, data generators, environment controls, parsers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Correlate test results with application, infrastructure, container, database, queue, and network telemetry to identify bottlenecks and validate corrective actions.
  • Lead tool evaluations, framework governance, script reviews, mentoring, performance standards, and release-readiness decisions.

Requirements

  • B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience owning performance, scalability, reliability, and capacity validation for cloud-native and distributed products.

  • Strong programming or scripting skills in Java, Scala, Python, or a comparable language.
  • Deep knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, microservices, messaging, databases, caching, networking, distributed systems, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and autoscaling.
  • Experience with observability, CI/CD, Git, service-level indicators and objectives, response-time targets, throughput, error rates, saturation, capacity measures, technical leadership, and mentoring.

Nice to have

  • Experience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, MQTT, streaming platforms, Redis, PostgreSQL, resilience and chaos testing, failover validation, and service-mesh telemetry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, connected medical devices, regulated software verification, or audit-ready performance evidence.
  • Experience with SIP infrastructure, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, SBCs, RTP, WebRTC, Azure services, Terraform, KEDA, and container security tooling.
  • Experience with Jira, Jama, validated toolchains, Agile/Scrum delivery, and formal release-readiness reviews.
  • Experience leading performance testers toward common goals and relevant cloud, performance-testing, architecture, or reliability-engineering certification.

Culture & Benefits

  • Mission-driven work focused on saving and sustaining lives.
  • Culture centered on courage, trust, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
  • Equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodations are provided during the application and interview process.
