What you will do
- Support the development and commercialization of plastics pyrolysis technology.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, startup, and operation of pilot and demonstration plants.
- Analyze process performance and troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, service, and customer teams to improve plant performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support for customer projects, site visits, and international service assignments.
- Contribute to lifecycle services for pyrolysis plants.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in chemical, process, or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in plastics pyrolysis, chemical recycling, refining, petrochemicals, renewable fuels, or similar process industries.
- Strong understanding of industrial process equipment, process operations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read P&IDs, flow diagrams, and other process and engineering documentation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
