What you will do

• Lead the regional Services business with full P&L responsibility and accountability for sustainable, profitable growth.
• Develop and execute the area service growth strategy in alignment with the global Services strategy.
• Lead service sales, expand lifecycle service offerings, and identify upgrade opportunities across the installed customer base.
• Collaborate with Business Unit management, product groups, Sales, and Operations teams to achieve business targets and service KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop service managers while building a customer-centric culture.
• Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders to support growth and customer success.

• Proven experience leading a service business and delivering measurable business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business performance, profitability, and strategic growth management.
• Experience developing and managing high-performing teams.
