Evergreen-Business Lead (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Accountable for P&L delivery, optimizing revenue growth through active trade-offs and resource allocation.
• Manage the end-to-end portfolio, from organic and inorganic pipeline planning to new product launches.
• Lead and coach Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Development functions to drive cohesive BU operations.
• Develop long-term category strategies to maximize patient impact and revenue.
• Engage and influence internal stakeholders and external representatives, including government officials and KOLs.
• Ensure all operations strictly adhere to company policies, SOPs, and global compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical business with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and strong financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Beijing, China.
