Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia. Hybrid arrangement with 2–3 designated office days each week; international travel may be required for conferences and showcases.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to lead the technical pre-sales process from discovery through close.
• Understand customer requirements around security, scale, integrations, accuracy, and workflows, then design practical solutions.
• Build and deliver technical demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Deploy and configure customer evaluation environments in cloud and on-premise setups.
• Write scripts and lightweight integrations, troubleshoot customer challenges, and guide successful outcomes.
• Present solutions to customers, partners, and event audiences; support conferences and showcases globally.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
• Hands-on programming ability with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience working with REST and WebSocket APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, container, or networked environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple opportunities, and learn new technologies quickly.
