Production Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate manufacturing activities to achieve safety, customer service, quality, productivity, cost, and scrap objectives.
• Lead, organize, and motivate production teams working in rotating shifts.
• Manage resources and production schedules across preproduction, material preparation, production-to-specification, quality gates, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Review production results against objectives, prepare gap analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the Global Performance Management System process for the assigned production team.
• Lead Enterprise Lean Sigma Kaizen projects focused on process improvement, TPM, cost savings, and waste reduction.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of operations or manufacturing experience, including 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and cross-functional business understanding.
• Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Lean Sigma are highly preferred.
• Engineering or process knowledge in garment production, weaving, or printing operations is preferred.
• Fluent English required.
