TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Operations Intern (Cybersecurity): Supporting end-to-end recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, hiring dashboards, pre-boarding, and People Operations initiatives with an accent on recruitment lifecycle execution, ATS accuracy, and candidate experience. Focus on coordinating multiple stakeholders, tracking hiring metrics, improving recruitment processes, and supporting employee engagement and employer branding.
Location: On-site in Bengaluru or New Delhi, India
Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

What you will do
- Support end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple open positions.
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate ATS data, recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring pipelines.
- Create recruitment reports and dashboards and identify opportunities to streamline hiring processes.
- Support offer coordination, pre-joining engagement, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and internal communications.
- Contribute to employee engagement, culture initiatives, employer branding, and candidate experience improvements.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience or internship experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or TA Operations.
- Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel, recruitment trackers, and an ATS such as Lever or Greenhouse.
- Interest in recruitment data, metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Proactive approach, attention to detail, ownership, and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in a technology company or startup.
