What you will do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical role requirements and team needs.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for technical positions.
- Use recruiting platforms, professional networks, and creative sourcing methods to build qualified candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial technical screenings covering skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Monitor technology talent market trends and develop quarterly recruiting approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a high-growth technology startup.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for roles such as software development engineering, DevOps, and data science.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever or Workday.
- Knowledge of technical concepts, programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL, and software development methodologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Technical background or hands-on experience in IT or software development.
- Experience hiring for niche roles in machine learning, cybersecurity, or Apache Druid.
