What you will do
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process documentation across warehouse functions.
- Contribute to daily inbound, inventory, outbound, dispatch, and planning operations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with operational findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Monitor performance against key performance indicators and help identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
- Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety teams.
- Identify root causes, propose practical solutions, and support problem-solving initiatives.
Requirements
- NCV or N6 Certificate in Warehousing, Operations, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and present findings clearly.
- Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues.
- Private Security Sector, SAPS, or Armed Forces experience.
