Relationship Manager (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Limassol, Cyprus; relocation to Cyprus is required and a relocation package is provided.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and individual clients as the main contact for banking-related matters.
• Assess client business models, jurisdictions, ownership structures, banking and payment requirements.
• Identify suitable banks, EMIs, PSPs, acquirers and crypto service providers.
• Support corporate and personal account opening, KYC/KYB reviews, EDD, SOF/SOW documentation and periodic reviews.
• Coordinate communication between clients and financial providers, including clarification requests, documentation and payment investigations.
• Maintain records, monitor case progress and SLAs, coordinate with Compliance, Legal and Finance, and escalate complex or high-risk cases.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, EMI/PSP, Corporate Services or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB, corporate onboarding, EDD, SOF/SOW and periodic reviews.
• Experience working with banks, EMIs, PSPs, acquirers and crypto service providers.
• Ability to assess business models, corporate structures, transaction flows and jurisdictions.
• Experience with international and high-risk clients.
• Strong client relationship, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience with iGaming or Forex/CFD clients.
