Senior Experience Designer (SaaS)

Location: Kraków, Poland; availability to work from the Kraków office 2 days per week

What you will do

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, workshops, and product discovery activities.
• Translate research insights, analytics, and user feedback into clear design recommendations.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for complex SaaS products.
• Use and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and design token-based experiences.
• Design complex data tables, forms, and scalable interfaces with strong visual hierarchy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align user needs with product and business goals.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UX design.
• Deep understanding of design thinking and human-centered design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Storybook and frontend documentation tools.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products with deep hierarchies and maintaining design systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work across parallel product streams.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and availability to work from the Kraków office 2 days per week.
