Earn Operations Specialist (Onchain Direction)

What you will do

• Plan and execute user operation campaigns for on-chain products with internal business development teams and external project partners.
• Prepare campaign materials, coordinate cross-functional delivery, execute go-to-market initiatives, and manage reward distribution.
• Lead pre-launch testing, product optimization, and operational improvements across staking, redemption, and reward-claiming flows.
• Assess how on-chain products fit within the existing product suite and contribute to solution design from an operations perspective.
• Build AI-supported data analysis frameworks and generate actionable operational insights.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with DeFi products such as lending, staking, liquidity pools, and RWA vaults, with an understanding of yield mechanisms and risk structures.
• Experience with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho, Aave, Pendle, or Ethena.
• Ability to understand basic smart contract logic and use on-chain analytics tools such as Dune and Etherscan.
• Strong product operations, business development, product communication, and campaign execution skills.
• Proficient use of AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation.
• Strong English skills are required for direct communication with project teams in Europe and the United States.
