Accounts Payable Team Coordinator - Spanish Speaker

What you will do

• Coordinate invoice and query management for Latin America and payment execution across the Americas and EMEA.
• Monitor daily operations, workload allocation, quality, backlogs, escalations, and service measures.
• Create, test, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc compliance and operational reports.
• Manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
• Support onboarding, training, process standardization, job transitions, continuous improvement, and department projects.
• Represent the team when the Team Leader is unavailable and maintain backup coverage and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• College or university degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in RTP, preferably including at least 1 year with hirify.global.
• Advanced written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of RTP processes, their connections within the shared service center, and related compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating 10 or more people and multiple S2P processes across regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, reporting, presentation, organizational, time-management, and risk-management skills.

Nice to have

• ECDL certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
