Senior SAP FICO Consultant (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Act as the in-house SAP expert during the implementation of a new ERP system for the FlixTrain business.
• Translate Finance, Procurement, and adjacent business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners across solution design, development, testing, cutover, and go-live preparation.
• Support data migration and test management from the Flix-side ownership perspective.
• Own and continuously improve the SAP solution after go-live, including enhancements, change requests, integrations, and process improvements.
• Advise Finance and Procurement stakeholders and help develop SAP capabilities through teaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, including 5+ years with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and Procurement (MM), plus working knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Asset Management.
• At least two complete end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Solid understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Experience working with external system integrators and senior Finance and Procurement stakeholders.
• Must be based in Germany and fluent in German and English.
