ATE Test Engineer – Teradyne J750 Semiconductor (all gender)

What you will do

• Develop and implement ATE production test programs, primarily for the Teradyne J750.
• Perform wafer-level and final testing of microcontroller devices with embedded non-volatile memory.
• Develop, debug, verify, and optimize test programs and patterns in a secure laboratory environment.
• Execute characterization tests, analyze test data, and support NVM learning cycles and performance evaluation.
• Document results and coordinate test concepts, design-for-test topics, content, and results with engineering teams.
• Transfer and support test packages through production readiness.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in semiconductor test engineering and test program development.
• Hands-on ATE experience, ideally with Teradyne J750.
• Expertise in digital test development, including VBA programming, plus scripting or programming knowledge in Batch, C/C++, or Python.
• Experience with test data analysis, statistical methods, JIRA, SVN, and Git.
• Good written and spoken English, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
