Senior Campus Recruiter - Technology (AI)

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's technology campus recruitment strategy across Australia and New Zealand with the Campus Events Lead and Marketing team.
• Partner with technology leadership on graduate hiring, workforce planning, and future skills requirements.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for technology graduate and intern positions, from engagement and assessment through offer.
• Develop relationships with engineering and computer science faculties and student societies at target universities.
• Use data to improve talent targeting, assessment, conversion, and student outreach channels.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago to share ideas and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry such as technology, financial services, or a startup.
• Experience building at scale, such as entering a new market, rebuilding an interview process, implementing a system, or creating a strategy from scratch.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles and willingness to develop deeper expertise in software engineering, machine learning, and AI.
• Experience working with organisations known for forward-thinking talent practices and high talent standards.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, influencing, prioritisation, and self-motivation skills.
• Willingness to travel and resilience during an intense peak recruitment season.
