What you will do
- Design and develop advanced machine control software for the civil construction industry.
- Build intuitive, high-performance graphical user interfaces with Qt.
- Develop robust cross-platform applications for Windows, Linux, and Android.
- Collaborate with internal teams, domain experts, and customers on user-focused software solutions.
- Evaluate software frameworks, design patterns, and development methodologies for product evolution.
- Maintain efficient development environments and improve existing machine control products.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with C/C++ development.
- Advanced knowledge of the Qt framework and GUI development.
- Experience with IDEs such as Qt Creator and Visual Studio Code.
- Understanding of Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship required.
Nice to have
- Experience with cross-platform development practices.
- Familiarity with CMake.
- Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.
