Product Developer Intern (AI)

Razer develops gaming hardware and software products and operates with global teams across five continents.

What you will do

• Research competitors, AI industry trends, gaming software, and emerging technologies to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Gather, document, and refine business and user requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze product usage, user behavior, feedback, and business metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Support user research, internal testing, A/B testing, experimentation, and feature validation.
• Contribute to product planning, business cases, prioritization, dashboards, reports, presentations, and release materials.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and other stakeholders on requirements, experiments, and launches.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, software products, gaming technology, or product management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in business analysis, product management, market research, strategy, consulting, data analysis, or user research.
• Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle, user stories, product requirements, acceptance criteria, testing, and product releases.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI applications in consumer and software products.
• Strong interest in gaming, PC software, gaming communities, and emerging technology trends.
