Product Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil — in-office

What you will do

• Work with the game leader across the full product life cycle, from product strategy and measurable objectives to daily execution.
• Define the game vision and maintain macro and micro product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Own feature development and related tests end to end, using results and analysis to improve game performance.
• Coordinate work across engineering, art, distribution, data science, and other related teams.
• Provide product leadership through analytics, benchmarks, customer and expert interviews, market requirements, product specifications, and positioning.
• Align customers and stakeholders, communicate product updates, and assess potential partnerships and new product opportunities.

Requirements

• Business degree or a similar qualification.
• Advanced analytics skills, including statistics, AI, or ML.
• Strong familiarity with Wildlife’s games and mobile products.
• Excellent written, oral, and organizational abilities.
• Curiosity, initiative, problem-solving ability, analytical decision-making, and structured thinking.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and coordinating work across multiple teams is expected.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
