Information Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Govern SharePoint and OneDrive content lifecycles, retention, records management, sensitivity classification, and data stewardship across Microsoft 365.
• Operate Microsoft Purview, including DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and records-management capabilities.
• Own the risk register, control testing, compliance evidence, and independent control attestations.
• Run third-party and supply-chain risk management, including assessments, tiering, and ongoing monitoring.
• Lead AI governance and emerging-technology policy in coordination with technology governance.
• Author cybersecurity and information policies and liaise with external auditors, Legal, and privacy or records-management stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across information governance and GRC, risk, or compliance, including 3+ years at a lead or manager level.
• Hands-on Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 information-governance experience.
• Experience with data classification, stewardship, GRC frameworks, risk treatment, and independent control testing.
• Compliance knowledge covering GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPL, and SOX ITGC.
• Experience with third-party risk management, policy authoring, and audit liaison.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a relevant certification such as CISA, CIPP, CRISC, IGP, or IAPP.

• Ownership of a Purview or Microsoft 365 information-governance rollout.
• Experience establishing or operating a GRC platform.
