Engineering Manager I (Test Engineering)

Salary: $136,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of test engineers while building technical and organizational capabilities.
• Partner with R&D and Manufacturing leadership on test strategies, new product introductions, and complex technical challenges.
• Develop and continuously improve production test systems, automation solutions, and manufacturing test processes.
• Drive improvements in product quality, test coverage, reliability, throughput, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging test technologies and create long-term roadmaps for manufacturing test capabilities and engineering resources.
• Communicate technical strategy, priorities, and business results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of engineering and/or engineering management experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams through growth, organizational change, and increasing business demands.
• Strong technical expertise in electronics manufacturing, production test engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and supporting manufacturing test systems, automated test solutions, and production processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, coaching, and leadership skills.
