What you will do

• Manage an electrical engineering group, including staffing, mentoring, professional development, safety, and budget adherence.
• Technically lead engineering projects and programs for new semiconductor technologies.
• Guide research and development initiatives and integrate new processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Resolve highly complex electrical issues with internal and external customers, including high-value product problems.
• Coordinate engineering resources across cross-functional teams to meet product goals and deliver product releases on time.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, business processes, and alpha, beta, and gamma exit requirements.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and related disciplines.
• In-depth understanding of how the discipline integrates within the relevant business segment or function.
• Experience managing multiple related teams, setting priorities, and allocating resources.
• Ability to resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California; travel is required approximately 10% of the time.
