Location: United States; U.S. citizenship is required, and the role requires eligibility to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

Salary: USD $105,434–$114,082 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the focal point for contractual communications and commitments with customers and subcontractors.
  • Draft, negotiate, execute, and manage contracts and subcontracts across various contract types.
  • Monitor contract performance, scope changes, and change processes while mitigating delivery and performance risks.
  • Support capture, proposal, and program teams with contract and subcontract requirements.
  • Review subcontractor proposals and participate in source selection, fact-finding, technical evaluation, and cost or price analysis.
  • Collaborate with program management, legal, engineering, finance, and other functions to resolve contractual issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance are required.
  • Highly proficient knowledge of applicable federal regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
  • Experience analyzing contract documents, assessing performance risk, and managing contract or subcontract terms and conditions.
  • Highly proficient negotiation, analytical, research, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
