Senior Financial Analyst (Asset Management)

Location: Hybrid schedule required in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa office

What you will do

• Extract and analyze financial data from accounting and information systems.
• Interpret financial transactions and performance data to support business decisions and projections.
• Develop financial reports and complex models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
• Support client reporting, including performance, compensation, and trend analysis.
• Participate in monthly accounting processes, due diligence activities, and project teams.
• Collaborate across departments, provide leadership to others, and maintain adherence to internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a degree.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, solve complex problems, and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting or financial services, including investments, insurance products, or premiums.
• Customer service orientation and willingness to take on new projects.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
