Sr Advisor - Content II (Fundraising)

Location: Hybrid position based at hirify.global’s National Executive Office in Memphis, Tennessee, United States

What you will do

• Develop strategic content for planned giving, major gifts, direct response, donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, and engagement programs.
• Translate complex planned giving, scientific, medical, hospital research, and care information into persuasive donor communications.
• Analyze fundraising data, market trends, competitive activity, and industry research to guide content strategy.
• Review, proofread, revise, and route content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, readability, brand alignment, and quality.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, production coordinators, project managers, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Train and advise writers, support new team members, and develop executive and VIP donor correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or more than seven years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of proofreading, editing, creative writing, communications, and/or marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of English spelling, grammar, and usage.
• Ability to communicate clearly, interpret complex instructions, influence others, and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work in a hybrid schedule based in Memphis, Tennessee.
