Senior Program Manager, Product and Engineering

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work with at least two days each week in the office

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs across Product, Engineering, release management, and NPI stakeholders.
• Drive projects and programs from initiation through delivery while ensuring adherence to software development lifecycle practices.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple engineering teams and support pragmatic Agile delivery.
• Develop and review delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clear portfolio, project, and program visibility to senior and executive leadership.
• Escalate risks and impediments that may affect business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technical programs in a software Engineering, R&D, or Product Engineering organization.
• Experience managing initiatives across multiple engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
• Technical fluency in software architecture, engineering dependencies, delivery tradeoffs, and estimates.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience leading through influence across engineering, product, go-to-market, and senior leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shape Up methodology or adapting Agile/Scrum frameworks to fixed-time, variable-scope models.
