Director of Platform Engineering (Cybersecurity): Leading global platform and DevOps engineering for SaaS and on-premises cybersecurity products with an accent on scalable infrastructure, enterprise security, and developer experience. Focus on building new SaaS offerings, mentoring distributed teams, and ensuring platform reliability, performance, and compliance across large customer environments.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work with up to three days per week in the office

What you will do
- Define and execute the platform and DevOps strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of platform and DevOps engineers.
- Architect scalable platform solutions for SaaS and on-premises products.
- Drive new SaaS offerings from the ground up and support large customer installations.
- Improve developer experience through modern tooling and automation.
- Ensure reliability, performance, security, and cross-functional technical alignment across products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in platform engineering roles.
- 4+ years leading distributed technical teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products from the ground up.
- Experience with large-scale installations under enterprise security requirements.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid architectures, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
- Fluent English and Hebrew required. Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering is expected.
