Sales and Design Specialist (Retail Design)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; in-store position with weekend and holiday availability required

What you will do

• Educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design tailored furniture and space solutions aligned with client needs, preferences, wellness goals, and productivity.
• Build client relationships, follow up on leads, and drive sales through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design or rendering tools.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 40 pounds and follow safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
