Manager, Business Intelligence (Power BI)

Location: California, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Base pay ranges from $124,100 to $244,200 USD annually, depending on the defined U.S. geographic market. The role may also be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for Customer Success leadership.
• Build visualization tools combining financial, sales, customer activity, and operational metrics.
• Extract, transform, integrate, and analyze data from CRM, Finance, Customer Success platforms, and data warehouses.
• Partner with Data Engineering to automate scalable data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Lead, mentor, and prioritize work for a small team of BI analysts across time zones.
• Present actionable customer performance, retention, risk, and expansion insights to VP-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization, preferably in SaaS.
• Deep expertise in Power BI and extensive experience with Excel, PivotTables, Power Query, DAX, Macros, and VBA.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Salesforce data models and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience delivering BI initiatives end to end, managing multiple initiatives, and translating stakeholder requirements into solutions.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to VP-level audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience leading, leveraging, and mentoring a BI team.
• Familiarity with Python, AI technologies, ETL, data warehousing, and data pipeline automation.
