What you will do

• Build, expand, and retain client relationships through needs-based conversations and exceptional service.
• Recommend the bank’s full range of branch, digital, lending, and partner resources.
• Open and close accounts, research customer accounts, process transactions, and resolve service requests.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of applicable loan policies and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer clients to small business, corporate, institutional, mortgage, and financial advisory partners.
• Meet individual and branch goals through in-person engagement, outbound calls, business visits, networking, and workplace events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer-facing, goal-oriented experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced banking environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), or obtaining an NMLS license after employment, is required.
