Federal Tax Services Intern - Winter 2027 (Federal Tax)

Location: Dayton, United States. Travel to assigned client locations is required, with reliable transportation arranged by the candidate.

What you will do

• Support tax engagements covering corporate, individual, pass-through, private client, nonprofit, and specialty tax areas.
• Complete tax planning and research.
• Prepare federal and state and local tax returns.
• Review and apply tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and travel to assigned client locations.

Requirements

• Complete at least 90 credit hours.
• Work toward a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Major in accounting.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, computer, Microsoft Excel, teamwork, multitasking, and fast-paced work skills.
