What you will do

• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions with product managers, architects, and engineers.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues through debugging and root cause analysis.
• Develop automated and manual tests and participate in Agile ceremonies, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Improve application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability while gradually taking ownership of features and components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience developing applications with C# and the Microsoft .NET platform, including through internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, software development fundamentals, Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, data modeling, and SQL development.
• Understanding of cloud-based SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, learning, and collaboration skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with ASP.NET, REST APIs, or distributed application architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps tools.
• Experience in software, SaaS, healthcare technology, behavioral health, or human services environments.
