Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist (Chemicals)

Salary: $77,270–$113,322 per year, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Monitor emerging global regulatory developments affecting products, technologies, and markets.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses, impact assessments, outlook reports, and regulatory intelligence publications.
• Identify regulatory risks, opportunities, business implications, and potential market access pathways.
• Represent hirify.global in trade associations, working groups, industry committees, and stakeholder forums.
• Support Innovation, R&D, and Product Stewardship teams with regulatory guidance for innovation and new product development.
• Prepare executive briefings, white papers, presentations, policies, dashboards, and strategic regulatory communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, regulatory strategy, government affairs, environmental compliance, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of global chemical regulations, including REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, and K-REACH.
• Familiarity with regulatory impact assessment, regulatory intelligence, and horizon-scanning practices.
• Experience with global chemical, specialty chemical, cleaning, water treatment, biocide, or industrial product portfolios is preferred.
